By subscribing to Fire Box Barbecue Subscription, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

Subscription and Billing:

a. The Subscriber agrees to sign up for the Service and provide accurate and up-to-date information during the registration process.

b. The subscription will automatically renew monthly, and the day the Subscriber signs up for the Service will be the recurring billing date.

c. The Subscriber agrees to pay the applicable subscription fees on the recurring billing date using the payment method provided during registration.

Cancellation Policy:

a. The Subscriber may cancel their subscription at any time; however, a 30-day cancellation notice is required.

b. To cancel the subscription, the Subscriber must contact Grill & Provisions via email or phone and provide the necessary information for verification purposes.

c. Cancellation requests received less than 30 days prior to the next billing date will result in the Subscriber being charged for the subsequent billing cycle.

Age Restriction for Alcohol:

a. The Subscriber acknowledges and agrees that any alcohol included in the subscription is intended for individuals aged 21 years and older.

b. By subscribing to the Service, the Subscriber confirms that they are 21 years of age or older and will provide valid identification upon delivery or pickup, as required by applicable laws.

Free Delivery:

a. Fire Box Barbecue Subscription offers free delivery within a 5-mile radius from the designated delivery area.

b. The Subscriber acknowledges that delivery is subject to availability and may be limited during certain periods or due to unforeseen circumstances.

c. Fire Box Barbecue Subscription reserves the right to modify or discontinue free delivery without prior notice.

Alcohol Add-On and Pickup:

a. The Subscriber has the option to add alcohol to their subscription, subject to availability and applicable laws.

b. If the Subscriber selects the alcohol add-on, they must pick it up from the designated pickup location specified by Fire Box Barbecue Subscription.

c. The Subscriber agrees to comply with all laws and regulations regarding the purchase, possession, and transportation of alcohol.

Liability and Disclaimer:

a. Fire Box Barbecue Subscription expertly crafts and curates items for each subscription box. However, the Subscriber acknowledges that individual preferences may vary, and Fire Box Barbecue Subscription does not guarantee satisfaction with the items included.

b. Fire Box Barbecue Subscription shall not be held responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or other damages arising from the Subscriber’s use or consumption of the items provided in the subscription box, including any alcohol.

c. The Subscriber agrees to use the items and contents of the subscription box at their own risk and in accordance with applicable laws and safety guidelines.

Modification and Termination:

a. Fire Box Barbecue Subscription reserves the right to modify or terminate the Service, including these terms and conditions, at any time without prior notice.

b. In the event of termination, Fire Box Barbecue Subscription will honor all existing subscriptions until the end of the current billing cycle.

Governing Law:

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Fire Box Barbecue Subscription operates.
